We work closely with people who are active on the front lines of business, helping them to resolve their concerns and create an environment in which they can focus on their business. This will also lead to increased productivity for society as a whole. Our legal services are committed to our clients’ profitability, and we work hard to reach a sustainable situation.
Mission

Society is transforming from an era of mass production and mass sales to a system that maximizes effectiveness and happiness with limited resources. Based on the concept of ESG investment and SDGs, Ailaw aims to “establish a legal system that can enrich society”, and together with you, we will develop a new business model and build a recycling-oriented society, including how to promote it and how to maintain and dispose of it.
We work together with our clients to clarify and verbalize the location of the problem, and to divide the roles of problem-solving: “think about the concept,” “think about the objectives,” “think about the methods,” “think about the means to make the methods effective,” and “create a mechanism to provide feedback when the methods are not effective. We will work with you to think about how to communicate these concepts, objectives, methods, means, and systems to others, and support you in this process.

About Ailaw’s Credo
※What is a “credo”?: A guideline that all employees of a company must follow. (Originally a Latin word meaning “aspiration, promise, or creed”.)
1.We are future oriented.
We always make career plans based on concrete projections for the next 10 years. That is because if we do not do so, we will be left behind and will not be able to survive.
2.We are all marketers. And everyone should be a marketer. The reason is that we must always understand social trends and accumulate small hints to be “future-oriented”. Today’s authority figures will be outdated in the future.
We should not make fun of the futurists, nor should we be overconfident that we have more knowledge than they do. That is because that knowledge is only borrowed and already becoming outdated. You must trust those who are always curious, on the move, thinking, and looking for first-mover advantage, rather than the knowledgeable ones next to you. We must move humbly and boldly. Being a marketer is not a profession, but a way of life in which one’s actions are determined by the market.
3.Marketers should be orientated towards nurturing communities, not short-term orientated (slash-and-burn). The past practice of buying something and throwing it away is no longer acceptable. It is simple exploitation that degrades the world. We should always value the people with whom we have contact and those who share the same thinking as us. Those people, including Customers, and us will all be comrades and fellows in the future. We do not sell our products carelessly.
4.Rewards come when we are appreciated. High rewards do not come from position or power. Rewards born of exploitation are not rewards. They are simply stolen. Higher rewards come from anticipating the future, moving, creating new things, and getting the pioneer’s advantage. Rewards are not created by simply sitting back and doing the routine. Those are things that automation, ChatGPT, and other machines can do. Our job is to create opportunities, change ourselves, and change society for the better. To gain pioneer advantage, a short-term perspective will not work. We have to create barriers to protect this pioneer advantage by cultivating communities, creating mechanisms, and overworking our brains in a variety of ways. For this, we have no other choice than to imagine the world in 10 years and preparing ourselves for it.
5.Today, the world is becoming more like a game. Society is becoming more like a cartoon and a game than we had imagined. For example, the emission trade system that has emerged as a result of the existence of acid rain resembles gamification and is a new way of making games, which includes ESG. If you want to be on the side of making rules, you have to understand that and move in a predictable way. If you think only of Japan, you will behave poorly in this area and only accumulate technical debt. We need to predict and be prepared.
6.In short, we are marketers who predict and move 10 years into the future, and we must respect each other and move forward with confidence (confidence means psychological security, such as not being criticized later; it also means not dragging down those in leadership).
And 7.health is the priority for this. No one should be here who disregards their health.
8.Conclusion
The team is not to be misled by loud book-based authorities, but to look to the future and act on it, to contribute to the clients, to contribute socially, and to strive to be appreciated. A good health is the fundamental element to realize all of these.
